Great question! All of my items come standard wrapped in tissue paper or an organza bag (you can see individual listings for more info). For upgraded gift wrap, I will wrap your item in tissue, then put it into a gift box which will be wrapped (for jewelry and small baby clothing) or wrap the item itself (for blankets and other large items). Ribbons/bows are included.

Please use the tracking number linked with your order to follow your package. After packages are scanned in by USPS, I have no control over any delays.

Please make sure that your address information is accurate when placing your order. I am not responsible for returns or delays. Packages returned to me due to buyer error or incorrect information will be eligible for refunds minus shipping costs ONLY once the original package is returned to me.

Custom orders are open! My rate for custom orders of items that I don't already have in my shop is the cost of materials x3, PLUS any shipping charges for your order EVEN if your order is $35 or more.

If you are looking for a custom version of something I already offer in my shop (different color, size, etc.) that price will generally follow the original listing, though I may charge slightly more if your request requires significantly more time or materials.
 
I do require payment upfront so that I may purchase the materials for your custom order. Although refunds are not accepted for custom orders, I am happy to work with you on a one-on-one basis to best accommodate your needs!

Most of my physical items are eligible for returns. Individual listings have the return information within the listing page. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and will receive a refund minus shipping costs once the item is returned to me in sellable condition.

Exchanges are possible if I have a similar item in stock or am able to make a suitable replacement based upon yarn and supply inventory. Please contact me if you are looking for an exchange and I am more than happy to work with you on a solution. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs (both return and new label) even if the original listing offered free shipping.
